With over 25 years of experience helping clients with a broad range of experience in Maritime Law, Personal Injury, Auto Torts, Whistle-Blower, General litigation and has even negotiated trade agreements with international corporations and as legal counsel for international development teams, but most importantly, he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients injured in maritime accidents, auto accidents and medical accidents

A De La Salle alumnus, Jay received his degree in Psychology (Neuropsychopharmacology) in 1995 from The University of Mississippi and received his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from one of the oldest law schools in the country, the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He has also studied International Law at Durham University, the third oldest university in the United Kingdom.
